Tennis Court Rules
For the enjoyment of our members and the longevity of our facilities, the tennis courts are to be used for tennis and pickleball only unless permission is granted for special activities such as boot camp and yoga. In addition, please note the following Wakefield Chapel tennis policies.
Courts are open 7:00AM to 10:30PM daily, year round.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Wakefield Chapel courts so long as a member is present. Non-members may register or drop-in for clinics at the non-member price, which includes a nominal court fee.
Players should check court availability prior to play. Reservations are not required; however players must give up court to a member holding a reservation. Members are encouraged to keep play at a 1 hour block of time for singles play and 1 1/2 hour blocks for doubles play.
The courts are lighted for evening use. Switches are located for the upper courts in the corner closest to the tennis office and on the lower court in the corner closest to the street and in between the upper and lower courts.
Pets, skateboards, skates, bicycles, scooters, horseplay, profanity, ANY sport other than tennis or pickleball.
Proper court shoes. No bare feet or flip flops.
Please pull the doors shut and locked when leaving the courts to discourage non-member use.
Making a Reservation
Members may book a reservation up to 7 days in advance and may book one reservation per day. Reservations can be cancelled at any point prior to or during the reservation time.
To reserve court time, each member will need to log into the Member Dashboard with their email address and pin#. Under the Tennis menu is â€œReserve a Court.â€
Find the date and time you would like to reserve a court for use. Click on the time you would like your reservation to start.
You will then need to select the type of reservation (General, Singles, Doubles, Family). On the next screen, select the duration of your reservation, add a public note if desired and click the â€œMake a Reservationâ€ button to finalize your reservation.
Once submitted only the member or system administrator may update or cancel a reservation.
Please remember to cancel reservations you can no longer use to make the time slot available to another member. Members who "No Show" repeatedly may have their reservation capabilities restricted.
Abusive, obscene, or profane language will not be permitted or tolerated on the Association's property.
