Interested in joining our pool? Then submit your name on the waitlist to be part of our pool family. We require a payment of one-time Registration non-refundable fee paid by everyone to join the waitlist.

Registration Fee

Our Basic Membership Dues is the lowest tear of membership for WCRA. This is paid when a person becomes a Bonded Member of the pool and will be required to pay this on the first year. Membership Dues are subject to change every season.

Member Annual Dues    

The Temporary Membership Dues was created to allow Bonded membership who are not going to use their membership for the season to be able to offer it for the season to someone on the waitlist. This membership cannot be paid if you are not a Waitlist member of WCRA. This membership is based on availability.

Seasonal Membership Fee    

$795.00

The Membership Bond Fee is the cost of holding 1% share with WCRA as a member. People joining WCRA as a Bonded member will pay this fee on the first year of joining only and at the moment of invoicing. When the member permanently leaves WCRA, their bond amount will be refunded. Bond Sales must be notified to the WCRA membership and sold by the WCRA.

People interested in joining WCRA will be required to enter a waitlist where they will pay a One Time Registration Fee. This will guarantee their name is on the list as we open Memberships for Sale or if available our Temporary Rentals.
