To begin the process, all prospective members must join our official waitlist by paying a one-time, non-refundable registration fee. This ensures your name is secured on the list as opportunities become available — whether for full Memberships for Sale or our limited Temporary Rentals. Waitlist Registration Fee

Our Basic Membership Dues is the lowest tear of membership for WCRA. This is paid when a person becomes a Bonded Member of the pool and will be required to pay this on the first year. Membership Dues are subject to change every season.

Member Annual Dues Only    

The Membership Bond Fee represents the cost of holding a 1% ownership share in WCRA as a bonded member. This fee is paid one time only, during your first year of joining. When a member chooses to permanently leave WCRA, their bond may be offered for sale by WCRA, with notice provided to the membership. Sale of the bond is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability of a qualified buyer. If and when the bond is sold, the departing member will be paid the then-current bond price.

Seasonal Memberships allow waitlisted families to enjoy full access to WCRA for the summer while waiting for a Membership Bond. These limited memberships are available only when Bonded Members do not use their membership for the season. Seasonal Memberships are offered to waitlisted individuals, from oldest to newest, beginning in early to mid-March.
