WCRA Membership Information
WCRA is a Bonded Membership Club composed of 500 member families. When you purchase a Bond, you’re not just joining a pool—you’re becoming part of an exclusive ownership group of 1 out of 500.
A Bond is a one-time, refundable fee that represents your share in the ownership of the club. It grants you full membership privileges, including access to all facilities and events, as well as the opportunity to:

Help shape the future of the club
When you decide to end your membership, your Bond is sold to a new family, and the original amount is refunded once the transfer is complete.
Each year, we have a limited number of Bonds for sale, offered only to families on our waitlist. Once all Bonds are sold, we may offer Seasonal Membership Rentals to waitlisted families—providing a great way to enjoy the pool while waiting for a Bond to become available.
To join the waitlist:

Pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $250
Our waitlist grows every year, but we work diligently to move through it and welcome new members as quickly as possible.
When a Bond becomes available, we’ll notify you right away to confirm your full membership.
If Bonds are no longer available for the season, you may be offered a Seasonal Membership Rental in waitlist order.
How Seasonal Memberships work:
Temporary Memberships are a great way for waitlisted families to enjoy WCRA while waiting for a Bond to become available. These memberships are offered only when current Bonded Members opt not to use their membership for the season, making a limited number of spots available.
While renting a membership for the summer, Temporary Members receive full access to the pool and its facilities—including the same perks and activities available to Bonded Members.
Eligibility: Offered only to individuals on the waitlist, in order from oldest to newest. However, enrollment is handled on a first-come, first-served basis once the offers go out.
Cost: Temporary Members pay a Seasonal Membership Fee only (see current dues and pricing here).
Access: Includes full access to all WCRA facilities and social activities throughout the season.
Team Participation: Children in the household may join the Swim, Dive, and Tennis Teams.
Household Members: You may include up to 8 household members, including babysitters and grandparents.
