What's Synergy boot camp?
We combine cardio and functional training exercises designed to help you build strength, endurance and flexibility, and put you on the path to a healthier lifestyle.
What do I need for boot camp?
For the first class, bring a yoga mat or towel and water. If you have a 10-pound dumbbell, or preferably at 20-pound kettlebell, bring it as well. Wear a good pair of running shoes and dress in weather-appropriate layers. If you decide to continue, we'll let you know what else you need.
Who is my trainer?
Now in its 14th season at WCRA, the Synergy boot camp is taught by ACE-certified personal trainer and WCRA member John Johnson. John has 15+ years of experience working with clients ranging from busy professionals to college athletes, both one-on-one and in small and large group settings.
